PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Dear Marin Families,

You may have noticed a fun addition along the Curtis Street wall this week! We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to David Brenner, of Habitat Horticulture, for generously donating the beautiful living wall to our school. As the spring unfolds, we can all look forward to seeing plants growing from the wall. Thanks again to David and his crew for helping to make our campus an inspiring place to learn and grow.

Please be reminded that our Conference Schedule goes from March 5-13. On these days, first-fifth grade students will be released early, at 1:45, so that teachers can meet with families. We’ll go back to our regular schedule on March 16.

Please join us for Marin Morning & Principal’s Coffee this Wed., March 4. It’s also: Rainbow Spirit Day – each grade wears a color:

  • TK & K = Red

  • 1st = Orange

  • 2nd = Yellow

  • 3rd = Green

  • 4th = Blue

  • 5th = Purple

Friendly Reminder about Parking:

Our neighbors have been complaining about blocked driveways during drop-off and pick-up times. Please do not block a driveway, even for a small amount of time. Please allow extra time for drop-off and pick-up and consider parking a block (or a few) away and walking the last bit to school. Thank you for being good neighbors!

Have a great weekend!

Melisa Pfohl, Principal
